What we do

A voice agent that answers on the second ring, in the practice's own greeting, and does the actual front-desk job: books, reschedules and cancels directly in the practice management system with real availability, collects new-patient intake and insurance details, answers the twenty questions every practice is asked all day, triages urgent symptoms to a human immediately with a defined escalation script, and texts a confirmation. Every call is transcribed and summarised into the patient chart. The practice sets what it may and may not say.

Who we built it for

Independent dental, dermatology, physio, veterinary and specialty practices with one to six providers, where the front desk is one or two people who are also checking patients in.

The problem

A practice misses thirty to forty percent of inbound calls during clinic hours because the front desk is with a patient, and a missed call from a new patient is a two thousand dollar lifetime value walking to the practice down the road.

Voicemail is not an option because nobody leaves one.
